Tasting note: Pale
gold. Creamy milk chocolate with tangerines, toasted hazelnut, and a clear
citrus note develops into lemon zest. After a while, a floral note appears
like honeysuckle. The overall mouthfeel is nice and smooth with a medium
length, clean and fresh finish. Versatile since it can serve as an aperitif
with a spaghetti vongole appetizer but also with a light and creamy dessert –
think crème brûlée. All in all, it is a very friendly and well-balanced single malt
to revisit time and again.
